Prepare to be amazed. Here is the list of bugs with patches awaiting reviews. The scary thing is that bugs can go for months, if not longer, in that state. If Microsoft can take a month off and re-teach everyone about security, how about Mozilla take a month off and burn through that patch queue?
On a personal note, I'm looking for a reviewer for bug 193486.
